Absolutely. While many people immediately think of children when it comes to plush toys, our weighted plush toys are also popular among adults. They are used while relaxing on the sofa, while reading, working from home, or as extra comfort before bed. After all, peace and security have no age limit.

From what age are the cuddly toys suitable?

Our plush toys are suitable for all ages from 3 years and up. The plush toys are not suitable for children under 3 years due to their weight and construction.

Why should I buy a weighted stuffed animal from Huggle Buddy and not somewhere else?

When designing our weighted plush toys, we conducted extensive research into the effect of weighting and deep pressure stimulation. After many different tests and prototypes, we believe we have achieved the best possible weight distribution within a weighted plush toy.

The weight is evenly distributed on the front, which provides an optimal calming sensation. Essentially, the feeling of a real hug. In addition, we are constantly working on new designs and improvements. While many weighted plush toys look quite standard, we focus on developing the cutest and most unique animals. This way, you not only receive a weighted plush toy, but also a true cuddly friend that you will enjoy for years to come.

Finally, our plush toys have been tested for safety and quality and have been awarded the CE mark.

What makes the plushies feel so heavy?

The plush toys are filled with small glass beads. These provide the weighted feel. These beads are safe and tested. Our plush toys comply with European requirements for safety, health, and environment. Therefore, they bear the CE mark.

Can I wash the stuffed animals?

You can best clean the plush toys with a damp cloth (and a little soap). We do not recommend washing the plush toys in the washing machine due to the weighted filling.

How can I use a discount code?

You can use a discount code during checkout and when entering shipping details. Please note that multiple discount codes cannot be combined. You also cannot combine them with website promotions or bundles. Only one discount code can be used per order.

My code doesn't work, now what?

Check if a store discount or bundle discount is not already applied. Discounts cannot be combined. Only one code can be used per order. If this is not the case, check for typos. If there are no typos and the code still doesn't work, please contact us via the contact page or send an email to: info@hugglebuddy.nl. We will then investigate the issue with you.

Can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely! Once you have placed an order, you will receive a track & trace code when the order has been shipped.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We often ship your order on the same day you place it, or on the next business day.

What is the delivery time?

Almost all orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. We do our utmost to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. However, it may occasionally happen that delivery takes a little longer. In such cases, we are also dependent on our logistics partners.

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Received a wrong or damaged item?

We do our utmost to ship everything correctly. However, should something have gone wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page or the email address: info@hugglebuddy.nl. We will then resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I return a product if I've already tried it?

Yes, you can carefully test the product. If the product is not entirely to your liking, you can simply return it within 30 days.

How do I request a return?

You can register a return via the returns page. This page also explains exactly how to do this.

How can I exchange an item?

On the returns page, you can find instructions on how to register an item for return and how to ensure we send you a different item in place of the returned product.

Are returned stuffed animals resold?

No! We do not resell returned cuddly toys. Returned cuddly toys are carefully cleaned and then often donated or given away to people who could really use them.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you about the processing of the return. For a refund, it usually takes up to 14 business days (usually much faster) for the money to be credited back, depending on the payment method chosen. We are dependent on the payment provider for this.
